I ordered my M6500 3-20 and it's due to ship next day on 4-7. Keeping my fingers crossed my ship date doesn't get delayed. I ordered an M6400 for my wife on 2-20 which was due to ship next day on 3-17, then 3-25, then 4-1, then 4-5, and now 4-12. If my M6500 ships on 4-7 it will only have been 18 days since my order date. Has anyone had their machine ship 18 days or less after order date?

I hate damn system exchange, they send me the wrong system and now i have to wait for another system now. Turned out they sent me 4gb ram compared to 8gb for current, fx 2800 compared to fx 3800 i currently have and a wxga screen instead of the RGBLED.

identical configuration except with the 6300N is almost $500 more. I'd rather just buy the card from the dude on the board and save some cash :p

    Hi altoid,

What are you talking about the Intel Centrino Ultimate-N 6300 is the same
price as the Intel WiFi Link 5300.

Are you talking about your M6500’s Configuration, if so you always bargain
with your rep about the price...

I meant the cost difference between the identical system on the large business site vs the small business site except changing the wireless card to the 6300 is about a $500 increase.

I keep seeing people referring to "their rep". I have been pricing this out on the website and, while I did not pull the trigger yet, I am assuming I could just give my CC and get it.
Since most people say you can negotiate with your rep, how can I get one of these nice reps? :D
