Installed, now gives an option to enable or disable Hyperthreading.
I turned that crap off, since 95% of all apps are not even code for dual core processors let alone for or a virtual 8.

    Thanks Dell.

First thing to check is that the BIOS update didnt reset the HD Controller to another setting. Did you have it set to Raid or AHCI in bios before? I would check that first and also see if any other settings in the bios have changed.

I have just updated my bios to the new version and it is working fine so it is unlikely to be due to that, unless your bios update didnt download correctly and was corrupted in some way. Did the update install fine?

Hope you manage to fix it and perhaps others have a better idea if what I suggest doesnt work. Good luck

No, it didnt change HD controller and I am using AHCI. I dont think BIOS change sth, but the thing is I cant login into windows 7 now, I just use WINPE to check my hard driver but I forgot I am using 64bit of win7, so I am trying to download 64bit Winpe, just check my driver and all flies in my hard drive, I cant lose any of them! I update my bios fine. This is 1st first time got this problem. dont know why

Make sure your HDD's are in the right order in the BIOS for startup. They might have reset or changed due to the BIOS update.

I try to install win7 from disk but after the dish reading, the screen stop at starting windows. I just do the test of harddrive and any process were passed. I tried to install the winxp 32bit, after the files copied, it shows blue screen, do u think is a hard drive problem?
