Thanks a lot for this information.

Finally I got it! I used a modified version of SetFSB,and it set CPU frequency successfully at 250 x 6.5 =1625 Mhz.

Processor score in Windows 7 raised from 2.9 to 3.7. :D

No heat or stability problems have been identified so far.

I'm working on translating its Readme file to English. After that, I'll share it in this thread.

But I haven't found a way to set FSB back.... after several reboots, CPU still works on 1625 Mhz....

In readme, author said the app should be run manually after each reboot. But its not my case...

As I said before, I share this overclock tool here. Please, read Readme file carefully before you run application. I just did translation job, no responsibility for original content.:)

The readme mentions dragging the .exe to the start menu, does it mean start up? If so, could that be why rebooting doesn't shut the overclock down?

No, actually, the author said, if you would, you could drag it into startup, so won't need to run this tool manually each time once you reboot the system.

Mine still works at overclock status...Anyway, no any other side effect appears yet.

Curiously, I can't find any relative process in Task Manager, so weird..

Hmm, I'd love to overclock the Celeron but I'm hesitant if I can't reverse it. I'd like to shut it off when trying to conserve battery power.

If there isn't an addition process running, does it amend something that is already running? I can't imagine it makes bios level changes...

Indeed, the only difference between SetFSB and direct adjustment in Bios screen is that SetFSB won't save any change in Bios. That's why after system reboot, OC effect will disappear. According to writer's description, he only made RTM875t-606 compatible to original version. SetFSB doesn't need to amend anything into other process. I can see a separate process on my desktop while SetFSB is running.

So, maybe the change has been saved in Bios.... will verify it next time when I update Bios to new version.;)

Thanks a lot for figuring this out, I can confirm the modified version of SetFSB works great in windows 7 32-bit for all those wondering, it also overclocks the 4500mhd by a bit as well.
