Are you refering to Dell's driver download site? I checked, but did not find the driver for 5620 on E4310 model, any ideas?

Are you talking about the recovery partition?

Should be F8, Repair my Computer and Dell DataSafe. Make sure you back up your data.

There is no Repair My Computer option at the very top? Your recovery partition might be hosed. Is your laptop still under Dell warranty? Did you make recovery media?

Should look like that. You may need recovery media from Dell if you didn't make them. Is your unit still under Dell warranty?

Thanks! I did see this page, but only the first 5 options, no last one. Don't know why like that, is it because I upgraded it to 64 bit version?

If you deleted all the partitions or made it all 1 big unpartitioned space then yes you wiped out your recovery partition. Unfortunately you will need the Dell recovery media or the recovery media you made when it was brand new. There's no way to restore the recovery partition again unless the drive fails and Dell sends you a new one. And a good 50% of drives that come back from Dell under warranty do not have the recovery partition or the OS preinstalled.

Actually I did not delete any partitions when doing upgrade, just simply installed the 64-bit version on the current C drive, and it shows the new windows dirctory created and changed the previous one to *.old. So, I don't understand why I can't do recovery. Any ideas?
