    I guess when you buy the laptop it comes with office basic?

    Have any of you gotten that and is that even worth loading?

    If you didn't add anything special, then it just comes with MS Works, which only gives you a word processor and a calendar. I'll be using OpenOffice anyway.

    i heard someone say on slickdeals that they told him that the lcd screens were backordered. Has anyone else heard this? I hope its only the wxga+ or whatever and not hte one i ordered on my 1500.

    Just ordered mine this morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I'm so excited.... it's expected shipping date is August 10th.

    I'm going on vacation from July 27th and coming back August 17th, so as soon as I come back, my baby will be waiting for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
