The 64 bit version is http://ftp.us.dell.com/video/ISV_R210394.EXE

You can go to http://ftp.us.dell.com/video to browse earlier versions.

Thanks for the update! BIOS is installed, download driver update now.

@3Dmark'ers.....5800 and up is a very good score for this machine considering you are using Quadro drivers which are not optimized for gaming, and given the 770 card....pretty impressive, considering, I'd say.

EDIT: to the guy with the Quad...check that out, you should be getting higher scores as a quad runs up the 3Dmark numbers.

For the 9600GT, I'd say average among other notebooks average D3mark06 score, standard settings, is prolly around 5600...am I right?

Tried A12 but it still downclocks the CPU after about 6 mins in Crysis so I've gone back to A03.

I've been getting about 6,400 in 3DMark06 running at 750/930/1600. GPU temp at full load hasn't gone above 72 degrees.

what kind of bags (or sleeves) are you guys using to carry this around?
mines came with an extended battery so I a good sleeve may be a bit tough to find.. so leaning towards a bag (also to carry that big brick of a power adapter)

i just use a sleeve which i then dump in my backpack. my sleeve is a homemade one...lol....i cut up a cheap laptop backpack....i cut out its backing and its laptop compartment, and i inserted it into my nike f1-ska ACG backpack :p

but other than that, neoprene cases and foam cases are kind of stretchy, they dont have a problem with the battery squeezing in

For the extreme ultimate protection... I use this for my HD Camera... (Probably overkill but)

    The Case

Watch the torture test video in the video section where they put a laptop in the case and shoot it with a shotgun
