I installed the modded audio driver and they seem to work.
For installation I had to choose reboot while pressing [shift], choose troubleshooting and disable driver signature check.
I connected HDMI and the audio is routed to my home theater system, bud I did not find the option for the Dolby Live Encoder.

By the way I had no lock with bluetooth, even with the reference Broadcom driver (it crashes after a couple of minutes): any idea?
The fingerprint reader works (account, enable pin then enable windows hello fingerprint) and I am able to login.

    Hi :O)

    Thanks for your reply :

I didn't notice the fingerprint problem, but which version of Win10 actually run on your machine ?
as you can See, Yuva has no problem and try it without problem.

I have an idea about MEI Platform problem, but i need to have the machine in my hand, the bios can be enhanced again with MEI option rom module, but to do this, i need to ask my friend his own machine, i don't want to release an updated bios WITHOUT make some experiment, i hope you can understand :O)

Be careful about the driver, some stability problem can occur on certain laptop or desktop IF the driver is not updated, it's my own experience, but recently, i solve on a desktop with a SLI, constant BSOD with an updated MEI driver :Ox
I dunno if other people notice this fact, but Windows 10 seems to be more "sensitive" with MEI driver version.

I'm sure you're not a rookie, but to learn A LOT about MEI (and for all who want to improve skill and knowledge), look this thread, very useful :

    http://www.win-raid.com/t596f39-Intel-Management-Engine-Drivers-Firmware-amp-System-Tools.html

Bluetooth need to be updated too.

You need to install the driver without the signature check and manually.
see Post #42 from Yuva : this is the right Way to install the driver :O)

Yeeees ! Thanks to confirm HDMI audio routing :O)

for Dolby, see this thread, (i admit it's HP but it concern IDT too) :

    http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Audio/Dolby-Digital-Live-doesn-t-work/td-p/174665

There's no bubble to enable Dolby? if not, we probably need to mod it again, see here :
    http://forums.laptopvideo2go.com/to...idt-modded-drivers-for-win-7-and-vista/page-1

If you can "work" on it and put on this thread your result :p
i suppose you keep in mind the Win10 Dolby issue Too

Which version of Bluetooth driver do you use ?

    Broadcom Bluetooth 2070/20702 Drv V12.0.1.731 Windows 8.1/10 (x32/64) (163MB) (FuLL Version)

If you have no issue, no hiss or glitch, no dolby or SPDIF problem, it's cool :O)

i must admit than only few people use audio via HDMI, Dolby, etc...
But this is why i made the most updated driver as i can.

but can you try this one ? :

    http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=TPHN5

for Ricoh Card Reader as i could remember, i think this one is ok (install it withtout Signature check) :

The IDT audio driver does not show any app in the tray, and I have just basic settings in audio peripherals.
When I try to run C:\Program Files\IDT\IDTNGUI.exe, it complains about a missing .setting file.

For the st accelerometer I am using this:
    http://www.dell.com/support/home/il/en/ildhs1/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=CP3V3
I also installed touchpad support (multi touch enabled):
    http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=756GC

For bluetooth I tried https://www.broadcom.com/support/bluetooth, but does not work.
    The wireless card+bluetooth 3.0 is a DW1501.

    Hi ! :O)

the most "recent" driver for the DW1501
    *********************************************

    PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4727&SUBSYS_00101028

    https://wikidevi.com/wiki/Dell_Wireless_1501_(DW1501)

Who is the little sister of :

    https://wikidevi.com/wiki/Broadcom_BCM94313HMG2L

And one of the latest driver is :

    http://www.station-drivers.com/inde...tory&Itemid=352&func=fileinfo&id=2266&lang=fr

    the .inf contain :

    %BCM430N_DeviceDesc% = BCM43XNG20_NT62, PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4727

Perhaps the driver need some .inf modding, but not sure, need to try it

    The BCM4313 with bluetooth is : BCM94313HMGBEPA

The Bluetooth for vostro 3700 is : Dell 365 Bluetooth module
    *********************************************************************

    and for the driver :

    http://www.blogmytuts.net/2015/06/installing-dell-365-bluetooth-module-on.html

but it seems the latest one is :

    http://station-drivers.com/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=352&func=fileinfo&id=2130&lang=fr

I tried different bluetooth drivers, even the bluetooth Dell 365 you mentioned, with no success.
BTW the Dell 365 is bluetooth 4.0, while DW1501 is only BT 3.0 so I think we need a different driver than Dell 365.
The most promising is the broadcom reference bt driver, but it stops working after a few minutes.

With a clean w10 install I am using the following drivers:
    1) the modded audio driver from this thread (install with signature check disabled): basic functionality is available (no task bar app or additional tabs in sound settings to enable enhanced features);
    2) Input_Driver_756GC_WN64_19.0.15.2_A00 touchpad driver (install from .inf): multitouch supported
    3) Chipset_Driver_CP3V3_WN32_4.10.67_A00 st acceleration sensor (install from .inf): I do not know whether it is working or not as I have no application to read the raw values from the sensors

All the rest are w10 stock driver: wifi, fingerprint reader, sd card reader (even if I get a missing driver notice in hardware device page).
Bluetooth is missing, but I am quite happy being able to still use my Vostro 3700.
Thanks to all the people who helped, and in particular to DoZe, that started everything with his modded bios.
