Those look nice but the speeds are just not up the Sand Force chip. 550/525 is nuts.

Perhaps leave these off and try MS Security Essentials when you re-image.

    Which begins:

"The third generation of Intel SSD (ie we called G3) is about to end officially on sale this month, this new SSD products, announced news since has been a lot of attention to, because Intel's SSD products, the performance has been better, and by the majority of consumers love the product.

虽然产品还没正式发布,但在淘宝上已有商家出货,我们毫不犹豫购买了其中80GB版本,于是就有了本文的诞生。 Although the product has not officially released, but the business has been shipping on Taobao, which we did not hesitate to buy the 80GB version, so there is the birth of this article."

For what its worth.. you probably won't be able to tell the difference between the g3 and faster SSDs in most situations. Sure, the g3 is disappointing since it didn't raise the bar from last years drives, but it also should continue the excellent reliability intel has shown with its drives.

I wouldn't be too hopeful about the battery compatibility. I'm sure that I examined the E6420 photos when they were first available and concluded that the battery has changed from the E6410.

Yes, battery has changed and the old ones are not usable for the new Notebooks (DELL told me so yesterday).
And also the RAM has changed
to DDR3, so it is not possible to use existing DDR2 RAM.
    So I will buy...
    Kingston HyperX SO-DIMM XMP Kit 8GB PC3-12800S CL9 (DDR3-1600MHz) (KHX1600C9S3K2/8GX)
The price dropped from 230 EUR to 80 EUR since last year.

    That is about 110 USD

haha, interesting, Dell told me the opposite about the battery.

I was going to go back and ask about the weight with the 6cell since the spec lists the weight with a 4cell battery eventhough they dont seem to offer one.

I know this item is new, but are there any coupons that can be used with this? my EPP doesnt include latitudes.
