Huh, I wonder if anyone's actually using the slot. My M18x has a display minicard slot with WirelessHD card in it but the slot is wider by ~30%.

Did you enable msata slot in the Bios? Does the system boot if you remove the msata drive?

    Try the following steps:
Unplug the notebook from AC/DC Adapter, remove the battery, press and hold the power button for about 20 seconds. Then plug in battery and AC/DC Adapter again and boot your notebook only with HDD1/Primary HD [no HDD2/secondary HD and/or mSATA drive installed].

What SSD is your primary HD?

Have you already checked the correct position of all RAM?

Now Primary is Transcend SSD720 512GB SATA-III SSD.. RAM not being remove since, it's working okay until I've try to install OS onto HDD Bay 1 Primary from mSATA... hold on let me try

Is it normal for the disk number to jump around ?

    Primary Bay : Disk 0
    Secondary Bay : Disk 1
    mSata : Disk 2

    become

    Primary Bay : Disk 2
    Secondary Bay : Disk 1
    mSata : Disk 0

You can also try 2 more things:

Reset the BIOS again and power while unplugged from the wall (on battery)

Reset the BIOS and power while plugged (battery out)
