ok i have a problem here.

flashed to 07 fine and flashed 10,nnow when it reboots i get message no boot device found, press any key to reboot. it is stuck in this continual loop.

    how do i fix this

    #### edit #####

i can get it to boot by pressing f12 and then going to legacy boot and then boot option internal hdd at the bottom. but i have to boot every time like this. does anyone know how i fix it so that it boots up normally please?

I'm not near my M6600 right now, but IIRC, you have to go into the bios and change the boot order. Choosing the boot menu changes it for that one time startup, but does not alter what the bios has for the boot order

ok thanksfor that that has fixed it

. when i go into the boot sequence set up the only option that actually boots the machine is the 'internal hdd' of which there are 2. only one of them boots the machine. i have noe put this at the top of the order in the boot sequence and the other options are all ticked aswell. is this how it should be left now?

You can uncheck any device you know can't boot. You might consider having the DVD as the second boot device after the hard drive with the OS on it.

It was the same, when I reflash on the A09 (was A07).
I had two hdd. Both 750 GB.
Changed the boot order in BIOS (the "lower" hdd - move up).
Do not forget to click "Apply" at the end of the manipulation...
    Everything works...

    Best Regards,
    Alex.
