I just wanted to check out the difference but atm they only offer the 13,15 and 17 inch models in Belgium :(

Just out of curiosity, what better features are you talking about?

HDMI, larger battery to start with.

And 14" are awfully lacking in the Belgian market. Lenovo doesn't sell its 14" either for example (no g4**, no sl4*0, no r400, etc.).

Same question for me. I've read reports that it's a higher resolution than the 768, but until I actually see it on Dell's site will I believe it. This is the only issue holding me back on the 3700.

To me, the fact that it says the 3700 comes with a "High Definition+ Wide LED Anti-Glare Display" while the others come with a "High Definition Wide LED Anti-Glare" strongly, strongly implies that the 3700 comes with a higher resolution (this is taken from tech specs on the Dell site). I admit that the "+" on the 3700 could just be a typo, but HD+ usually denotes a 1600x900 screen, when we're talking about 16:9.

    hi folks,

i order a vostro 3700 here in germany, because of the rare antiglare display (delivery: 19th april 2010)

Here is a french video of unboxing a vostro 3700:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cnFUfNeu3E4

And... the display seems to be a glare type - Dell have listed it in germany as "antiglare".

I´m not very happy about that!

Looks like they are going the way of HP in the way they are packing boxes. However I am not 100% sure since its the internal version still (white sticker).

At least we know for sure about the touch sensitive buttons on top and some other little tidbits (saw it without any sound).
