No need, I'm aware of what it is. The last link can help those who were wondering what the TAA option was since it's relatively new to the option list. The point I was making was why you'd assume someone wanted it (or for that matter potentially pay more for it, and/or wait longer for delivery of their machine on account of the feature).

    Hi theZoid,

No, dell is not offering the Intel WiFi link 6300 for the M6500 at least not yet.

I am buying the Intel WiFi link 5300 as well. But I am buying the 6300 as an upgrade. :D

Cannonball_CO; brought it up. I ponted hem to where he could buy one online see my post#2258, but the drivers for the Intel WiFi Link 6300 are available on the M6500 driver page, Click the Compatibility tab to see that is for the M6500.

It will be a part of the M6500 config soon, don’t know when.

    Hi spill,

No my mistake was, I assumed that everyone knew what it meant, because if you know the meaning you most defiantly want to have the option if it is presented to you…

spill is right if you are wondering what the TAA (Trade Agreement Act) is read this:
Compliance with the Trade Agreement Act

It is well worth the money, and the time spent waiting.

Sorry spill I didn’t mean to be so blunt, I have ben rushed all day.

I got to tell you, the 5300 is the most awesome wireless card I've ever used. I haven't used all that many... but it is stellar. If you upgrade you may have to admit to the forum if you can't tell a difference. :D

I am using the 5300 card right now, and I love it. But I have to try the Vpro. lol lol
here we go off the deep end :D

    Intel site: Ultimate-N 6300 and Intel Advanced-N 6200

I will admit to the forum if I can't tell the difference between the Intel WiFi link 5300 & Intel WiFi link 6300 cards, if that happens.
