    A couple of us are running OCZ vertex SSDs. I've not encountered any issues so far. The Vertex LE on the hand has some serious issues what are not related to the M6500. See post 2342.

    Well, with the discount I've been getting from Dell I will probably just order one from them. the 256gig id listed for 600.00 on the parts page and I'll get 32% off that.

    So 408.00 for a 250gig SSD isn't too bad right!?

    A OCZ 250GB SSD on dell site will cost you $1,039.99 am I missing something?



    Or is it a Samsung SSD.

    The reason I ask is because in this post you where asking about the OCZ SSD.

    I believe the samsung, I just went to parts and accessories for the 6500 and that is were I found that price.

    Well, the status on mine has changed to Shipped (on a Sunday no less). So it should be here by tues. at the latest. Tomorrow if I'm really lucky!
