He did say "best possible" in his initial inquiry :)

Much will depend on the resolving power or his speakers and how he has them placed. My guess is that right out of the headphone jack they will sound good.

Looks like code 10 is the generic "can't start driver" error code that NEC uses. Is there any more information given? I am wondering if this could be a device conflict.

this is all I can see:

    - yellow mark next to the NEC elettronics USB 3.0... in the device manager.
    - this device cannot start (code 10) - we know this
    - by clicking on USB 3.0 HOST controller Utility I get this very odd message: USB 3.0 Host Controller not found

    crazy!!!

could it be a confit with others integrate devices like the express card or something? I'll try!

Can you try a basic vga driver? That would isolate your video card/drivers. Just a thought.

Yes. My USB 3.0 device is grabbing IRQs 2 through 9. Are you able to click on Resources and get any conflict messages?

Also, I am running W7 64bit Enterprise which is the same as Ultimate.

under resources the only thing I get is: This device isn't using any resources because it has a problem (sounds ironic)

tried also to disable firewire, express card, pc card from the bios.
    Nothing, still not working.

I'll try now John's suggestion about the basic graphic drivers...

Yes, that option is checked. :(

as for the basic VGA driver, I would not uninstall the current ATI video drivers (spent few days to get the card working properly with MAYA). Is there any way to bypass them?

thanks all for all your helps guys I'm really appreciating it. :)

ATI video card - now we at least have a variable between your machine and mine. Maybe it was not W7 64bit after all.

I did a quick Google search and it appears that an IRQ conflict could be to blame. One solution is to reinstall the drivers for each device. Yes, I know that getting everything set up for Maya and having to reinstall sucks - maybe do a restore point so that you can go back if the issue is not resolved.
