It runs at 1,6ghz with me, but with me it sometimes takes about 30 seconds before CPU-Z registrers it. (or it starts with a bit of a delay).

But once i did a stresstest, and everything worked fine.
Another time i got an instant bluescreen on the stresstest.

    Hey guys,

I want a XP Dualboot on my V13 but I need the driver for the XP installation to find the harddrive. Does one of you know which driver that would be?

    *e* Got it. ;)

Could you please just remove back cover and find out clock generator model which is marked on chip? I pointed out its location by a red circle in attached picture.
Wanna make sure it's not the source of problem. Thanks.

i would indeed love to know the answer to that question too. i've cpmpared the adoma 13 inch keyboard and they do look the same. a dell technician is gunna ring me tomorrow re the battery so 'ill ask him then and post his response here. i have found another problem with my v13... it won't work on battery. 100% charged but pull out the power cord and it's as dead as a maggot.

Hi everyone - just wanted to let folks, who are on the fence, know that the V13 has hit the Dell Outlet store. I just ordered the SU7300/2GB/W7-32 for $550+tax with free shipping. I've been tracking it for the last few days, and inventory seems to fluctuate. I snagged the last baseline C2D machine, but they seem to be refreshing inventory.

I had ordered a Studio 14Z (2.2Ghz/3GB/W7-64), but the fan noise and crappy (and slippery) ALPS trackpad made me send it back within a week. I hope to have better luck with the V13 and look forward to joining the ranks owners shortly.
