    Just had my V13 for a few weeks. All I can say its wow. I connected my 23" Dell LCD monitor and the V13 can drive the LCD to the full maximmum resolution (1920x1200). And I run Revit on it. And it run smoothly. Wow.

    Hi everybody, i have a problem with my vostro v13 i bought a logitech sound system (this: [​IMG])

    And i bought this usb external sound card: zalman This: [​IMG]

    but when i connect my logitech in the zalman usb only sound the front speakers, (rear and center don't sound) and in my realtek control panel, i can't see the option for sound 5.1

    Some idea?

    I bought the Dell V13 SU3500. Upgraded the RAM to 4gb and installed a SSD. The thing is pretty fast but the fan made too much noise. It’s been 3 days now since I opened up the computer and unplugged the fan. It runs around 44-49C and when I watch a video for a while it runs at 50-55C. I’m not an expert but I think that’s a safe temperature. Am I wrong?

    o_O What is your ambient room temperature? My IGP on my Latitude 13 (nearly exact same thing as your Vostro V13) stays very nice and cool even when watching HD video.

    Dang where was that...2 months ago lol. Though my Latitude 13 came with Windows 7 Professional and the slim Dell external ODD for 560 from the Outlet.
