    Great pics Bokeh, thanks for sharing. Did you see the 7730's adapter? I think Mano said in an earlier thread that it is much smaller than previous generations.

    The 7730 looks really well built. Seems like they have done a great job, again!

    It is rounded and smaller than the old one, but being 240w, it is still relatively large. The 180w is about the size of an old 130w.

    Checking my 7510, it doesn't have air vents all the way across the bottom like the 7X30 does in these pics. Looks like these are designed to move a bit more air. Hopefully the noise doesn't suffer (not very worried about it).

    Will the new Mobile Xeons be available for the 7X30 series right off the bat or do we need to wait?

    Notebookcheck lists the P3200 as a 1792 shader, 128-bit bus, 6 GB GDDR5 GPU based on the GP104 chip.
    Anandtech did a review on some MSI workstations and among its GPU options is the P3200, which they state has 6 GB GDDR5 and a 128-bit bus.
    I believe the idea that the P3200 was only a minor upgrade over the P3000 may be founded on the not ideal naming scheme and the TechPowerUp specs, which basically point to GTX 1060/P3000 specs. Problem is the GTX 1060/P3000 are based on the GP106 and TechPowerUp does mention the P3200 is based on the GP104. Hopefully there was placeholder information and only a portion of it was updated.
    If all of this is true, it will be interesting to see the performance difference between both chips considering the upgrade in shaders and the downgrade in bus. Maybe the ideal corresponding resolution to the performance is 1080p?

    To support the idea that this may not be a small upgrade in a more general sense and not only specific to the P3200, the P5200 (which apparently has normal and Max Q variants) seems to be a considerable upgrade from the P5000. Probably the same thing can be said about the P4200. After all, these chips have to stand up with some dignity to the release of the next generation in Q4 2018.

    @Dell-Mano_G
    I was curious about the touchpad in the 7530/7730, has it been changed at all or is it still the (mostly) same Alps touchpad used in prior generations?
