    That's what I thought, but I had read a post or two of people claiming to have the RGB LED with a matte finish. I read further to discover that there was no proof that the display was RGB LED.

    Thanks for the link. I tried the different versions and no success. I get red all over the place until I physically remove the dvd burner. I get the occasional red bar after that. I left my esata port on in Bios.

    I am using vista business 64 with bios a06. I am on a06 because it seems to be the only bios that allows me to burn a dvd without errors.

    No problem here with that, mine is named as: PLDS DVD+-RW DU-8A2S in device manager

    After reading these posts for a few months, I finally decided and placed my order today. I had some doubts because of the downlocks, sound issues, heat problems, etc. Hopefully the system runs stable and fast!

    If you read the page there is a link to "software archives" at the top which will take you to the page with previously released versions.
    At the bottom of the page there is another link to the same area

    link above is for Vista64 so if anyone need another versions go to the link mentioned earlier in the thread and then choose your own OS, let the page reload and then go to software archive

    ah,i see,but there are onlu 0.5 and 8.6,can someone link me to 8.3 or 8.4?intel's site really sucks!BTW,I have installed W7 and it is the same!

    I had the same problem. I was unable to find v8.4 which seemed to be the version that solved the latency problem.

    Is the displayport on the m4400 standard or mini? I want to make sure I get the right hdmi adapter.
