Anyone having problems with the video drivers on their M6400?

I'm running a Covet with the Quadro FX 3700M (driver 7.15.11.7653 which I believe is the latest)

When using Cinema4D in OpenGL mode I experience refresh problems sometimes. What happens is that only part of the viewport continues to refresh when under active mouse control.

The part that does refresh properly is the area that corresponds to the last opened menu or window. The 'refresh viewport' command (key A) in c4d does not correct this.

I guess it's a driver issue as c4d behaves properly when in software render mode.

Anyone experiencing similar problems in c4d, Max or Maya?

    thanks for any info.

    Alan (London)

Probably a low-pass filter in the speaker feed to prevent the internal (read 'small') speakers distorting.

True - but it makes little sense in having it active when the headphone jack is activated. I thought the headphone sound quality was fairly rubbish until I discovered this. (I'm still not convinced the sigmatel isn't better)

Has anyone had any stability issues. I have to hard power off my precision every 30 minutes or so. Usually when using VMware workstation or IE7. Also, the thing takes about 15 minutes to boot up. I am running the following config:
    QX9300
    8 Gb RAM
1x 320 Gb hd in RAID config(should i change this in the bios from RAID to AHCI?)
    Quadro 2700M
    WUXGA Screen
    Vista Business 64 bit

Yes, I have had stability problems with my M6400 Covet. Random lock-ups.. audio hangs.. and video card glitches. (FX3700 1GB) I have the latest drivers and they have helped with everything except the video card. I still get crazy on-screen graphics and weird pixilzation problems. So much that Dell shipped me a brand-new M6400 Covet to replace my faulty one. It just arrived via FedEx this AM.

Also, regarding the SSD topic with the M6400.. SSD + M6400 = awesome. I have a single non-raid MLC 80GB Intel X25-M in mine.. here are my HD tune results. (only 13 GB free on the drive) The only studdering problems I come across are audio related. Since I upgraded the audio drivers.. I dont' think I have heard another studder. I assumed it was the SSD but it looks more like it was the audio driver now.

After seeing the other guy's RAID SSD drive performance.. I may just have to get a 2nd. :)

Why would you run a single hard drive in RAID config?

LOL I like that strange message when u click the driver link.

How did you end up here?
Please go back and try again.

So uh how can I get ahold of em? I'm at 7.15.11.7626

And yes I'm getting the same redraw problems (in Photoshop even) on the 2nd monitor. Mudbox '09 crashes as soon as I start it & try to rotate the view.

    yes i am.
enable overlay specific for the apps needing it.
Max needs it. When you have windows open it helps with redraw. I just enabled it for Max. It is in Nvidias CP.
It would go completely white before
