    Well, looks like my order is currently in the boxing stage, so hopefully I will have it by the end of this week!

    I was going over my specs, and then I realized I never ordered a wireless card with it...lol. Even though I told my rep what I wanted. I know its my fault for not really looking into the specs, oh well. :p

    However I was checking out ebay for the 6300 and only found one. Where did you order yours from?

    I ordered mine from provantage.com. i beleive all come std with the dell 1520 n card which is ok but i prefer the intel cards. and the 6300 is on a backlog so it will take a week or two to ship. mine hasnt as if yet.

    Is it better to call someone to order one of these laptops? Would this speed up the ordering process? Having a current 4/30 ship date seems a bit out there. I suppose they are backlogged with orders.

    I just found someone on the forums who is selling them (Intel 6300 NIB) so I picked one up for cheap :)

    Its better to call to get better discounts, however besides the standard expedited order, there is really nothing you can do (I believe).

    That would be nice. It went into boxing Saturday, and based on that it should be sooner - but knowing Dell, it could come quicker or even later... :p

    They can do it without it being plastic, and besides would look a lot more professional instead of high school looking.

    Very true, but I happen to like the new colors, especially in a business environment. Granted its not as popular, but I have a feeling it will catch on.
