P.S. The Adamo is 13in with a glossy screen. This one is similar in thickness, but a 15in matte screen.

lol if it's true and you're still around in 2 weeks, I'll give you rep on the forum, so you'll be more... reputable. That's pretty much the sky here.

Not that I doubt you, and such a laptop would be really awesome as long as it doesn't have to have integrated graphics.

The one I looked at had Intel graphics.....unfortunately, but hopefully there will be other options on the shipping models.

I'll take you up on the rep boost. USA release - 2 weeks approx.

If something is as thin as the Adamo, even if it's 15", it would be hard to squeeze dedicated graphics. A good portion of the Adamo's thickness is actually formed by the screen part, so you're left with maybe 0.35" to work with. Not a whole lot.

I'll follow up on the rep boost as well. I'd love to be proven wrong, especially if this thing doesn't have Adamo grade specs.

A lot of companies are trying to come up with thin and light notebooks w/ bigger screens, such as Asus' U/UX, MSI's X-slim, and Acer's Timeline. I wouldn't be surprised if Adamo got a larger brother but I have reservations about its release in 2 weeks since there has been absolutely no word about it anywhere.

Wow, the Latitude Z series. That'd be quite something else if it were true, considering the E's were released not too long ago.

Nothing Public about the Latitude Z yet. No leaks from the usual sources.

would be a nice suprise, a thin 16 inch Latitude Series :)

I dunno about a Z-Series, but I do recall seeing a page on Latitude netbooks. Is that what you're talking about?

    http://www.electronista.com/articles/09/03/27/dell.latitude.2100.leak/

Otherwise, it's probably a refresh of the E-Series like going from the D600 to the D610, but I don't think that's supposed to happen 'til this summer at the earliest.
