I don't know much about it myself.

Catnapped: What do you think about the quality of those ebay ones, is it comparable to the Dell Original?

Also, I'm guessing the E6500 ones can be safely installed on the E6510 because I didn't find any on ebay (quick search) specifically mentioning E6510.

As far as I know, all the keyboards are genuine Dell. The keyboard for the E6400 and E6400 and the E6410 are compatible. I'm not completely sure about the E6510 but, most likely, it is also the same in order to simplify the Dell parts logistics.

Thanks. I'll probably order one of those sub-$20 ones off ebay.

Also, does anyone know if Dell sells the 6510 with a non WLED FHD screen? The machine in production doesn't mention 'WLED' in the parts description so I don't know.

Anyone find a workaround to get the current 3100M driver to output audio via Displayport (/HDMI via adapter)? Seems it only works in the previous driver and not the current Dell driver.

Please keep us posted when it arrives & you get it installed.
I've got an e6510 & am hoping this would be compatible.

Just stick with the Microsoft Update Catalog video driver (v259.47) or the NVIDIA Verde Notebook Release video driver (v260.99). The Dell drivers appear to have some audio output issues via HDMI. The same applies to the E6410.
