For those interested in the Supertalent Ram:

Unfortunately they don't list latency. But here are the links I used (I got the cheaper one):

    W1333SB8GV Super Talent DDR3-1333 SODIMM 8GB Value Notebook Memory - DDR3 SODIMM 204 Pin - SuperBiiz.com

    W1333SB8GM Super Talent DDR3-1333 SODIMM 8GB Micron Chip Notebook Memory - DDR3 SODIMM 204 Pin - SuperBiiz.com

The latter one is $96 per stick -- for which price I would go with g.skill/corsair probably.

However on the other hand Supertalent does list the chip manufacturer as Micron on the latter link which I think makes some of the better ram sticks -- these are CL9. The value brand listed first is a dice roll.

Also could be the difference in that the dell is a 10 bit panel supplied by the same type of vid card. I have read somewhere that this is 1 billion+ colors.

The Apple lists it as 16.7 million colors vs what the Dell may have.

So likely change in tech and better tech from when I bought the Apple last year.

I think all Nvidia Quadro's above a certain range support over 10-bit.

The mobile Quadro supports 10-bit per color.

3.5-4.5 hours unless you are stressing it; which would drop it to 1.5-2 hours.

No. You can only use the integrated Intel GPU if you get one of the NVIDIA cards.

Does anyone know of a Blu-Ray burner/player that would fit in the M6600 that I could use the factory Dell M6600 DVD drive bezel on as well? I'm pretty sure it is a longshot since there are probably very few Blu-Ray drives that will even the M6600.

Thanks in advance for any help given.

u need to find bluray player that is 9.5mm. look around at the forum cause they have the link to the parts. I dont have that link

the bezel is easily removeable so you just have to "transfer" it to your new bluray disk

    If you have a tray-loader:

    Panasonic/Mat$hita
    UJ-232
    UJ-242
    UJ-252

Should be $150ish on ebay, more elsewhere.
