Well... I'm indeed getting a higher throughput each time I run the memtest!

The first one (right after booting up) was 20,128... Within 2 minutes, I'm getting 21,072!

PS And this is on battery (in a hotel room); quite impressive actually...

    Type 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM
    Capacity 8GB (2 x 4GB)
    Speed DDR3 1600

They work great and it finally gets rid of the wintab32dll.txt bug if you happen to have it.

    I did some research.

    Crucial 8GB 1600mhz per stick CL11. (Part # CT2392273)
Download and run the CrucialScan to check for compatible memory modules. The following is what I got.

YES ! with 8GB 1600mhz per stick. Now got to find a Malaysia dealer here (which is living in this decade) and a bargain.

Price USD257.99 (exclude shipping) for 8GBx2 kit.
    16GB kit (8GBx2), 204-pin SODIMM, DDR3 PC3-12800 upgrades for Dell Precision M6600 (4 SODIMMs) Laptop/Notebook, CT2392273 from Crucial.com

Anyone got this module to publish the "winsat mem" output ?

Time to update N-trig Drivers to 6.85.00 to 6.177.00.

FYI. This is the error I got when running n-trig 6.177. Need a reboot now.

2nd - Tried again after reboot. Same error. Speechless.

3rd - Figured it out the dumb way. Had to remove the nTrig 6.85.000 before installing 6.177 :)

afternoon chaps - anyone know if the 3x3 aerials used in the Intel Wifi 6300 card are compatible with the mobile broadband 5550 card....

I find I generally stay in areas where my mobile broadband connection would have much more use for the better aerials than the wifi, might switch them round...

    anyone done this already?

I think the WWAN require only 2 cables.

On eBay you can find cheaper. But not "Crucial":
    CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8G) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) | eBay
I have not bought yet and have not tested...

I have not seen WWAN adapters with three connectors for the antennas.

    WBR, Alex.

The mSATA port is SATA-2 so it will be capped at 300 MB/s.
