    I doubt that's a genuine successor to the V130, it's quoted as using Core 2 Duo chips - a new model wouldn't use processors that are two generations old. Looks like someone made a speculative blog.

    The first one was a bit speculative but the second link is a webshop providing various configs of V131. It is already possible to receive a quote from Dell for this new model.

    Wow those are standard voltage SB processors? Bye bye battery life. The SU7300 is last gen V130/V13 probably just a typo.

    the worst part of the V130 was it's poor battery life, however, if the Dell specs are true, the V131 should have a 6-cell 65 watt hour battery (compared to 30WH in the previous one).

    plus a backlit keyboard on top!

    Well a 65 WHr would be fantastic. Wonder if that will increase the weight. Also the L13/V13 have ZIF batteries, wonder if it would be backwards compatible.
