    would it be a noticeable difference? and would i be able to underclock the 8400 to save power or is there a energy saver mode for nvidia cards

    Same here. I ordered my 1500 on 7/10 and it's still in pre-production.

    The odd thing is I also ordered a 1400 on 7/13 and it's already in production (build stage).

    this worries me i need my laptop by the first and my rep said their is a 10 day build time. so it needs to get built fast :) because he assured me i would have it in time.

    I ordered my 1400 this morning and it says it's already in the build stage on the 1-800-WWW-DELL automated order status.
