    i just changed the screen on mine from wxga to the wxga+ my rep said the order shows my est. ship date being the 30th now but he said realistically it should ship the 23rd-25th.

    vista ultimate have media center, and dreamscene(wallpaper are video clips), thats the only real difference from Vista Business(i doubt your laptop can have 2 physical CPUs)

    Media Center is only really usefull if you have a TV Tuner. It's like a DVR.

    Premium. Get basic and call Dell up and ask them to upgrade it to Premium. They'll do it for $29.
