ok - i took some pictures of my screen issues

heres the actual post - you can read the few pages right before it to see my issue and how dell decided to "handle" it:

    http://forum.notebookreview.com/showpost.php?p=2650620&postcount=35

its going back tomorrow - im going to so with either an hp dv6500t, or a sony fz series (the fz is a bit more - but comes with the 8400gt card - looks like i have another decision to make)

Help guys. I'm getting a new Vostro 1500 + 4GB ram G-skill. I wonder if the core 2 duo T5270 (1.4GHz/800Mhz FSB/2MB cache) is suitable with 4GB? I mean thaz balance between CPU and RAM? or should I get a higher CPU (like T7250 or uppers)?

^ which operating system are you getting?

keep in mind - if you go with a 32-bit operating system (xp, vista home, vista business) - the system is only going to recognize a little over 3 gigs...

if you want it to recognize all 4 gigs, youll need to get a 64-bit operating system (like vista ultimate)
