    Great job! I think Dell should still give you $500 back, though. The price you should get is the price at the time they finally ship the unit.

    Wow, that's AWESOME NEWS! I was afraid they were putting the slower, cheaper MLC SSD's in there.
    Did you get one, or did you have them install two? If two, did you try the RAID 0?
    What are your impressions of the speed of the system with this SSD drive? Do you notice any pausing at all while it writes files?

    i hade min know in 3 days and i have to say this laptop is amazing.
    its so fast.
    the keyboard is amazing i just love it.
    maya works Fine no crashes. runing vista 64, maya 2009.
    anyone wants pictures of the screen? its a Cffl.

    the best part with this computer is that it NEVER get warm its always cold.

    Dont mean to veer off topic here, but is there an efficient way to remove the "Regulatory Information Under Battery" sticker without leaving the residue on the laptop.:confused:

    I tried removing it, but i can already tell its gonna leave a big sticky mess.
