My 5300 is working fine on the latest drivers. The only thing I'm having an issue with is bluetooth.

Argh, you got me there. I wasnt on 13.0.0.107 yet. With the updated drivers I am now left without any wireless funcionality. F***ing great!
    I'll probably downgrade.

Err... any advice on how to downgrade? Atm my system pretends to not even have the wifi card installed.

when you say latest drivers, you realize i mean on intel.com, not dell.com? Because MoSx and I are having the EXACT same problem.

yeah, ive tried 2-3x, and downgrading is as simple as uninstalling the program from add remove programs (or whatever they call it now). then restart, then install 12.4.3.9

try the latest intel (which are explicitly for win7), see if you have the same problems we report. if i can confirm three different people with them unusable, intel will probably listen.

I'm using the latest from intel. My computer recognizes the adapter and it works - but it drops the connection periodically so I have to turn the adapter on and off to get it to reconnect. This wasn't happening with the latest drivers for vista.

I also did not install any of the intel software, I'm just using the driver - so that may be an issue.

I went to go download the latest drivers from Intel's site and the current listed is 13.0.0.0, did they pull the 13.0.0.107 driver?
