Canada are ok not perfect but good you know they have there script chart and ask you the same question now I started working in IT in 95 and had my good share of laptop's and deskteps plus all the servers here at work so when I call it's just one call and the next day there is a tech here to fix the problem.

Now the onsite tech are not grate some are and other's not so much there are onley 6 here in Ottawa downtown and I think 2 are verry good now the one I got for my first M4400 was not good he did not know how to open the bezel to change the LCD so he started to open the base taking out the plastic parts to the left and right of the battery when he was done the plastic bezel would not snap in anymore.

One thing is I do love the complere care it's the best buy far in Canada I called the US buy mistake and they would just send a screen cable this is on a D610 from work the phone tech was sure that was the problem then he could not finish the ticket as we are in Canada so I ght transferd and the Canadian tech sent a full screen LCD cable and bezel with backing. I'm not saying it's more cost efective that way jsut with the problem I was having it was sure to fix the problem.

It seems that the hardware swap solved my problem entirely. The old system was shipped back to Dell today. I have not had a single lockup on the new hardware. (Although I had 2 crashes of Vista, but I think that's just Windows being Windows.) All in all I like this system much better now, although my confidence in Dell's quality control has diminished.

Just got my new system, will compare to older one later. Some things look different, my fingerprint reader is dead tight and doesnt move like the last one. Some hardware luck:

Got the ST9250421ASG Seagate 7200.3 HD! Quieter than my Samsung.

& the monitor is not the Samsung anymore either, OR an LG ... it's the new AU Optronics 4277! Guess it competes with the Macbook Pros now?

Nope, I'm not imagining things. 0 flex on the right side...

Think I'll do a video review this time.
