Im still sitting here going bonkers waiting for my vostro... Est. ship date was 8/14, but orders placed even today have 8/15 as an estimated ship date.... does that mean that my order will be here soon? LOL No one at dell is giving me a good answer.

As i've been looking through your order.... after many hours of research, I has just spoken with the the gentleman assembling your laptop. You should recieve it a week earlier than Est Ship date!

Hopefully that's a good enough answer for you.

Did that sound almost impossible? ... then it is!

There are alot of factors dell can not control. So dell can only estimate and give you what they gave (99% of the time it is sent before EST ship date). There is a 800 # to call, but you do some research on your part!

They just tell me its in the build stage... which I already knew.
I just called and they informed me that they have a shortage of LCDs screens?

WTF? He informs me that there are delays and then tells me that I should get mine before 8/14... CS at dell is f*ed up.
