Haha, I know what you mean. Once you see it, you can't un-see it! It will drive you nuts. You are right about Dell support, they should have you fixed up in no time. My original machine was received by them yesterday, so hopefully they can further dig into what the QE already discovered at my house and prevent any more IPS screens from shipping like this. It's a bummer to pay top dollar for something and it ends up being a dud.

Hello everyone. I have been reading this forum for a number of weeks now. Now that I finally ordered my M4600 i decided I would join in! I do have a question for you guys... Last night I was on the phone with a rep.. I read to him the configuration that I built on dell.com. This configuration included the FHD 1920x1080 anti-glare (NON IPS RGB). There seemed to be an issue with the price he was getting for my configuration and what I was getting on dell.com. He was ending with a price $600 greater! He had me on hold for about 15 min. while he discussed the price with his supervisor. I ended up getting the price I wanted. However, when I reviewed the final config. I noticed that the screen is listed as RGB. My question is, is this the IPS RGB screen? That would explain the mixup and potentially the incredible deal i just received. Thank you everyone.
