    Since the Covet is an Edge 2 Edge solution there is no bezel to put the slots in for the privacy filters. I think at this time only the 3M privacy filters are supported.

    You can use ViewGuard anti-glare and privacy filters as they attach directly onto the screen via non-damaging adhesive.

    My dual SSDs are still running at only 80-90kbs/sec according to HD Tune. Does anyone know why this might be? Is there a software feature here that is slowing it down? :mad:

    Figured it out -- had to do with enabling the write-back cache feature in the Intel Storage Manager. Now I am getting average transfer rates of 180-200MB/s!. It is dual 64GB SSDs in RAID 0.

    Thanks. That's a start. Anyone else have anything to comment on battery life?

    I am also experencing the exact same thing. Am not sure if its a problem but it is weird that the HDD is constantly active even when the laptop is not actively processing any workload.
    Is it an indication of the RAID striping at work, most likely but i dont know if it should be normal.
    It will be part of the complains that i will forward to Dell.

    @mExx
    Can you help me identify if this problem is also present with your RAID setup.
    If you disconnect the AC adapter and rely on the battery power, does your laptop produce a faint sometimes pronounced noise almost like the sound of a "lost TV signal".
    You could try listening closer.
